The firm successfully represented a property owner in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County, against a contractor, alleging negligence and violations of the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act. The firm obtained a six-figure judgment against the contractor (including triple damages and attorney’s fees).
Personal Injury/Mold Exposure
The firm successfully represented a landlord in the Superior County of New Jersey, Union County, against allegations of negligence for failure to promptly remediate mold.
